Wednesday Ladies Day
Our Wednesday Ladies Golf is a fun and welcoming 18-hole league that brings together 20 to 40 women each week throughout the golf season, weather permitting. Play runs from mid-May through the end of September, with participants choosing to play from either the Red or Orange tees.
The weekly entry fee is $5.00. Ladies are welcome to form their own foursome or sign up individually and be paired with a group.
The season features a variety of enjoyable formats to keep things interesting. Monthly scrambles are a favourite, with winners determined by low gross scores or fun team score predictions. Throughout the season, special event days include formats such as 1-Putt Team Play, with prizes awarded for achievements like the most one-putts, hidden holes, lucky draws, and more. Chip-ins are also celebrated, with a $5.00 prize awarded to every player who records one.
After each round, many of the participants gather in the Clubhouse to relax, socialize, and enjoy the prize presentations. It’s a wonderful opportunity to make new friends, enjoy friendly competition, and spend a great day on the course.
Wednesday Play Clarification
Wednesday Ladies Play – Fees & Information
To be eligible for Wednesday Ladies Play prizes, participants must hold an 18-Hole Membership at Paragon Golf & Country Club.
The weekly entry fee is $5.00, which includes:
- Weekly prizes
- 50/50 draw
- Chip-in game
Female guests of Paragon Golf & Country Club members are welcome to participate in Wednesday Ladies Play. Guests are eligible for weekly prizes and may participate in the 50/50 draw and chip-in game by paying $5.00. Applicable green fees ($25.00 + HST) and cart fees must also be paid through the Pro Shop.
Registration and payment are made through the Pro Shop when signing up for the following week’s play. If you need to sign up or cancel your registration, please contact the Pro Shop at 902-765-2554. Exact change is appreciated.
Club Championship
The Ladies Club Championship is open to 18-hole members only. Club handicaps, including local handicaps, will be used.
A current list of the Ladies Executive, along with their contact information, is posted in the Ladies’ Change Room located in the lower level of the Clubhouse.
